DISTILL
We use a lot of local shiribeshi larch as the material inside the building and manufacture it in a space where you can feel the warmth of the wood. The water used is high-quality underground water from Niseko Annupuri.
SHOP AND BAR
Enjoy “ohoro GIN”, cocktails, and/or non-alcoholic amazake cocktails with a view of the pot stills in the distillery. Also, at the shop, we have selected traditional Japanese crafts which increase in value over time, just like whisky.
THE WAREHOUSE
The storage facility is kept at the same temperature as the natural environment of Niseko. The cool climate allows for slow and gentle maturation throughout the year.
