This exhibition features Nigara Knives from Aomori’s Tsugaru region, a renowned maker with over 350 years of history. Blades are made using the traditional Hizukuri(fire-forging) method and meticulously sharpened by master craftsmen, admired by chefs and enthusiasts worldwide. Centered on the signature Anmon series, inspired by Anmon Falls in the UNESCO World Heritage site Shirakami Sanchi(primeval beech forests), we also offer a limited selection of special-edition models.
